Emergent Atelier is an open-source, AI-driven pixel art generation platform for TRMNL eInk displays. The platform is in early development.

The Emergent Atelier software is released under the Apache 2.0 licence. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it under those terms. The Emergent Atelier name, logo, and brand assets remain owned by SokoCo and may not be used without permission.
Artwork produced by the platform is AI-generated. We make no copyright claim over generated artworks. You are free to use, share, and commercialise any artwork generated by the platform without restriction.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SokoCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
